Spooky season is here!!!
Arsenal Health and Fitness presents our "Day of the Deadlift" event on Saturday, October 19th from 10:00 AM to Noon!
With a workout led by the one and only Big Kat, we'll celebrate the fall season with a barbell-focused workout followed by a costume contest and Halloween-themed afterparty.

**YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS BARBELL/COMPOUND MOVEMENT EXPERIENCE**
PLEASE READ: Due to safety concerns, we ask ALL attendees to have fundamental compound movement experience prior to your RSVP - this means if you've never performed a Squat/Deadlift/Bench Press/etc. using a barbell, we kindly ask that you get sufficient reps in beforehand as the movement choice will require existing experience and know-how!

For individuals who are interested in joining ONLY for the Halloween Party, please arrive according to the event schedule below:
10:00-11:00 AM: Workout
11:00-Noon: Costume Contest & Halloween Party

WINNER of the costume contest will receive a prize that will be announced upon arrival to the event! Keep em guessing...your best effort WILL be rewarded!
