Join us for our annual Day of the Dead Celebration at Unity Spiritual Center Spokane (2900 S Bernard St, Spokane) in collaboration with Unity Center of North Spokane. We gather on Sunday October 26th inspired by Dia de los Muertos a beautiful tradition where we honor our ancestors and loved ones that have gone before us. We will have a full and incredible Mariachi band, Mariachi Las Aguilas from EWU playing music before, during and after the celebration.Bring photos or mementos of your loved ones and arrive early between 9:30a and 9:45a to put them on the altar. It is a great idea to label items you bring with your full name. Make sure to take those items before you leave that day. Celebration will begin at 10am and end around 11:15am. Mariachi music and food to follow until about 11:45am.
