- 12:30-01:15- Walking meditation
- 1:45-02:00- Snak break
- 2:00-02:45 Vipassana meditation and waling meditation, The day-long retreat will conclude at 2:45-3:00 pm, featuring a merits sharing session, where participants can reflect on their experiences and insights gained, and mark the completion of the program
