About this Event
Your 'Day at the Bar(re)' will start with a sixty minute mat barre class taught by Laura Nicole Martone. This class is all levels friendly and a full body workout! We will open with a check-in + intention setting. Followed by a high intensity + low impact sequence that exhaust each mucle group! Then we wrap up with a few minutes of savasana to recover + reflect! This portion will take place on the grassy area directly behind The Anchor!
After the barre class we will head into The Anchor for a free mocktail or cocktail and further engage in community and connection!
It is encouraged that you bring your own mat, though the Charlestown YMCA will be providing weights and extra mats for our workshop! Each guest will need a light and a heavy set of dumbbells. Please make your selection upon checkout!
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to check-in + set up !
