You know those outdoor workouts where we hit different parts of town, do a killer workout,and have a blast!

Every Saturday for the month of June (starting June 15th) we will visit a couple of Lawrence landmarks to get a sweat on and bringing the community together with high energy!
These workouts are absolutely fun, are for all fitness levels and are open to anyone!
