Day 1 is designed to help you understand your nervous system, stress responses, and how to build a strong foundation for emotional and mental well-being.
Join us for a full day of expert-led workshops, including Exploring Resilience with Brittany, NeuroRegulation with Monique, and an immersive Breathwork session with Janet to release stress and restore balance.
You’ll also gain insights on Mental Resilience with Victoria, giving you strategies to strengthen your mindset.
Between sessions, explore our Holistic Vendor Village, featuring wellness products and services to support your journey.The day wraps up with a group discussion, allowing you to connect, share, and reflect.
You’ll walk away with:
