Fundraiser for Dawn Bucklew at SNEAKY PETE'S located at 5347 N. Detroit Ave. November 9th from noon until 7 pm. This event will include a personal Dawn Bucklew Art auction along with other art from local artists gift certificates and gift baskets , a 50/50 raffle, and entertainment provided by: The Palatinos amazing rockabilly music, Hollywood connection, Paris original rock/classic covers, and Athens Wheeler! This is a great lineup all under one roof, for one day only!

Dawn is suffering from a condition called Gluteal Tendinopathy. It is a condition that has progressed over 4 years because of a misdiagnosis and has now made Dawn an ambulatory wheelchair user. The good news is that there is a treatment that can heal this condition over time. The bad news is that it's expensive, and of course her insurance will not cover this treatment. Like all of us, Dawn has a hard time asking for help. This condition has also ended her ability to earn additional income, and when her car died she had to use the car funds for her treatments. She is a local artist and has touched so many people's lives! I am hoping, as a community, we can come together to raise enough money for Dawn to continue her treatments — and to get out of that wheelchair! We hope to see everyone there!
