We’re going to SXSW in Sydney, Australia! This October we will be presenting an Official SXSW collaborative Hip Hop showcase featuring some of the most talented & Diverse Hip Hop artists from Austin & Australia!!! What an amazing honor to REPRESENT AUSTIN’S DIVERSELY TALENTED & VIBRANT HIP HOP SCENE ON AN INTERNATIONAL STAGE!!!
Representing Austin on the Dean’s List Down Under Official SXSW showcase will be College of Hip Hop Knowledge, Die Slo, Tone Royal, Meddah, & Mista Mozes
We’re teaming up with the amazing support from the Austin Nonprofit, DAWA - Diversity Awareness & Wellness in Action, at their Headquarters, for 2 live fundraiser shows. The 2nd official fundraiser is happening on Friday, September 5th! This event will be more than just live performances. There will also be live interviews, interactive games & prizes for donors, all while being live-streamed to the world, shining a bright light on each artist & group to tell their story of their journey navigating the ever evolving world of MUSIC! Coming from Diverse backgrounds & different cultural upbringings we know this will be an empowering experience for all involved!
We want & need the support from our city & community to help propel this venture as a successful endeavor for all of the Austin Hip Hop scene in the land down under!
This event will be Hosted by Audrey Diaz of Hip Hop Hooray of KOOP Radio, 91.7FM & Ty Gibson- Developmental Artist Coach at Prepare 4 The Plug.

Entry amount is donation based with a minimum suggested donation of $10 or higher.
