Join a training session on October 9 regarding compliance with the Davis-Bacon prevailing wage law.
The session will review the basics of Davis-Bacon, and will then provide content tailored for state agencies in Kentucky regarding compliance with the Davis Bacon law. It will also provide ample opportunity to work through questions and challenges with implementation.
The training will be led by the Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division. The workshop will be held in Frankfort, Kentucky at the Capital Plaza Hotel and will run from 10am-4pm on Wednesday, October 9.
Hosted by the Ohio River Valley Institute, Kentucky LECET, IUOE Local 181, Reimagine Appalachia, Kentucky State Building Construction Trades Council, and Kentucky Laborers District Council.
