This session is more focus on healing drum rhythms and short moments of intentional group participation as your entire being vibrates with healing frequencies. Shamanic techniques for clearing and extracting dense energy (hucha) from the body's energy centers and luminous field is facilitated, then replenishing them with the Sacred Divine light that informs all life, to promoting healing and spiritual awakening. This is a true Shamanic sound healing session connected to a medicine lineage.
* Sun. 29th is a 1.5 hr. more classic, gentle, and acoustic, healing sound meditation journey. A Sacred Sunday reset,
this gentle, acoustic, and meditative sound healing promotes relaxation, reduces stress, improves mood and facilitates physical and emotional well-being by using frequencies, sounds and intention.
