Join us for the annual David Goggins Challenge on October 17th 2025. This military challenge is a test of physical, mental endurance and designed to challenge personal limits.
The aim is to run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours totalling above 48 miles/ 80k.
The challenge starts at 8 pm October 17th, ends October 19th afternoon.
Schedule is posted in the event-
some runs will be 8 miles (double) with a 10-15 min stop/recovery in between, some 4 miles.
Meeting point:
St Anne’s school parking lot (Timberlea)
From there we will do various routes staying mostly in Timberlea/Eagle Ridge and Birchwood Trails
Anyone is welcome to join any section, any distance based on their availability/goals/fitness and welcome to run their own route if preferred.
The aim is completion over pace.
This is a self-supported event, please prepare accordingly.
Some runs will require head lamp/night gear.
Bear spray is recommended for trail segments.
