Welcome to Dating Skills for Men, a relaxed and practical workshop for men of all backgrounds (single or in a relationship) and orientations who want to feel more confident on their dates, know what to say, and learn how to create genuine connection that feels easy and natural.
If you want to get off the apps, stop the ghosting, and move past all the tricky texting and mixed signals, then this workshop is for you. It’s a space to reconnect with real communication and genuine human connection.
This is a supportive space to learn, practice, and ask questions. You can bring along real situations or grey areas you’re unsure about, and we’ll troubleshoot them together in a safe, respectful, and down-to-earth way.
You’ll also learn a simple, effective formula for starting great conversations and building authentic connections without awkwardness or overthinking.
Using my Clear Communication Compass™, a conscious communication framework that shows what makes dating work: how to connect with honesty, confidence, curiosity, and respect.
This is a space I’m holding for men, as a woman, where there is no judgment and no blame — only openness, kindness and compassion. It’s a space for listening with an open heart, an open mind, and open arms. Together, we’ll learn how to build understanding, trust, and authentic connection in a way that feels safe, respectful, and deeply human.
My name is Maria Adriana, and I’ve been with my husband for 15 years. Like many couples, we’ve had tonnes of challenges, and we’ve come through them into a loving, caring, and harmonious relationship one that’s playful, joyful, and deeply fulfilling. We’re actually best friends, and I’m grateful for that every day.
The tools I’ll be sharing are the same ones I use in my own life, the insights and practices that helped us grow together. They’re drawn from both personal experience and over 33 years in personal development, coaching, and leadership training, combined with my deep desire to serve and create spaces of genuine, loving connection where people can learn, heal, and flourish.
