We will explore some of the time honored culinary favorites that French Chefs have been cooking up for generations! Throughout the class our Chef will guide you through each step, providing tips and tricks for mastering these classic French techniques. Let’s create a memorable dining experience together!The Menu:
Peach and Hazelnut Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette: This salad is all about balance and freshness. We’ll toss crisp greens with sliced peaches, toasted hazelnuts, and a homemade champagne vinaigrette. The acidity of the vinaigrette will complement the richness of the steak and potatoes perfectly.
Sous Vide Cast Iron Steak with Mushrooms And Red Wine Sauce: We’ll begin by selecting high-quality cuts of steak. The key here is to properly season the steak with salt and pepper, then sear it in a hot cast iron skillet to develop a delicious crust while keeping the inside juicy and tender. While the steak rests, we can deglaze the pan with some red wine, creating a rich and flavorful sauce to drizzle over the steak.
Truffle Mashed Potatoes: For the mashed potatoes, we’ll boil some Yukon Gold potatoes until tender, then mash them with butter, cream, and a touch of truffle oil for that luxurious flavor. Don’t forget to season with salt and pepper to taste!
Roasted Baby Carrots: A simple and delicious way to bring out the natural sweetness of carrots while creating a tender texture with caramelized edges.
Espresso Chocolate Mousse with Whipped Cream: For dessert, we’ll create a luscious espresso chocolate mousse. We’ll melt dark chocolate and mix it with espresso for that rich, intense flavor. Then, we’ll fold in whipped egg whites to create a light and airy texture. To finish, a dollop of freshly whipped cream on top adds a delightful creaminess.

Raspberry French Martini: And of course, we can’t forget the cocktail! A Raspberry French Martini is a perfect choice with its fruity sweetness balanced by the sharpness of vodka and the herbal notes of Chambord.
