Love Lab is not your average date night.
It’s a guided evening of connection, curiosity, and creativity for couples who are ready to explore what’s possible when presence—not performance—leads the way.
Together, you’ll experience somatic-based rituals, communication practices, and playful prompts designed to help you deepen emotional and physical intimacy. Expect moments of tenderness, joy, stillness, breath, and yes—a little spark.
You’ll also create a collaborative piece of art to take home—a tangible reminder of what you experienced and expressed together.
All practices are beginner-friendly, fully clothed, and done exclusively with your partner. This is a substance-free, consent-based space that honors truth, vulnerability, and love in all its forms.

FAQ's
Will we be fully clothed?
Yes! This is a sensual and safe space, not a sexual one. All participants will remain fully clothed throughout the entire experience.
Will I work with anyone other than my partner?
No. All practices are done exclusively with the partner you attend with.
Do I need experience with breathwork or somatic practices?
Not at all. Everything will be beginner-friendly and guided gently. All that’s required is your presence and openness.
Can queer couples attend?
Absolutely. This space is inclusive of all relationship types and identities.
What if one of us is nervous or unsure?
That’s normal—and actually, welcome. You don’t have to feel “ready.” Just curious. You’ll be held the whole way through.
Will there be more events like this?
Yes. This is the first in a series. Each Date Night Reimagined will offer new themes, practices, and doorways into connection.
