Carrie Taylor will assist you and your partner in discovering how to fill each other’s ‘love tanks’ with the exploration of your love languages. We will then venture into some acts of service as we participate in some partner yoga. Don’t fret if you’ve never tried yoga before; this aspect of the experience is meant to be fun!
This offering will wrap up with some breathwork techniques that will reinforce the bonds of trust and connection between you. You will leave calm, relaxed and undoubtedly your relationship will be enhanced, regardless of how long the two of you have been together.
This makes for a really fun date night activity, or a special way to celebrate a birthday or anniversary.
Please wear comfortable clothing to this private studio class. All necessary props and mats are provided.
