You'll learn to prepare Galician Octopus (Pulpo a la Gallega), a traditional dish bursting with authentic flavor, followed by Paella Valenciana, a classic Spanish rice dish filled with savory meats and vegetables. For dessert, master the art of making Crema Catalana, a creamy custard topped with a caramelized sugar crust. Perfect for anyone looking to experience the richness of Spanish cuisine in an interactive setting!
