Explore touch and massage for connection, soothing and healing in this safe playful workshop that will give you basic gentle skills and an increased touch vocabulary you can share with friends, family and loved ones.With over 30 years of training and experience as a PTA, bodyworker, masseuse, athlete and dancer, Claire brings a wealth of knowledge to share that is hard to find elsewhere.
Workshop will include:
Touch games,
Education of anatomy,
Working with Massage tables and alternatives
Draping, body coverage and modesty considerations
Participants will learn about selected parts of body, starting with feet, options depending on preferences (Designed to cover aprox. 3 different body parts)
