About this Event
At this mentoring event, 15 experienced data scientists will join us to answer questions in small group discussions. Attendees will have a chance to circulate and talk to multiple mentors throughout the event. Groups of 4-6 attendees will have ten minutes to chat with a mentor before splitting up to join new conversations.
Getting to campus information:
The event will be hosted at Northeastern University – Seattle, located at 225 Terry Ave N. Public parking is available in nearby Amazon building garages (closest one is on Thomas St between Terry Ave N and Boren Ave N) and is free after 4pm. When possible, we encourage guests to use ride-share apps to navigate the city.
The South Lake Union neighborhood is serviced by multiple bus routes as well as the South Lake Union Streetcar. We recommend use of the King Country Metro Trip Planner or Google Maps to determine your ideal route. Fares may be paid in cash, by using your ORCA Card (available to order online or at a variety of grocery and other locations throughout the region), or via the Transit Go app.
The Seattle Campus Security Team provides escorted walks within a small radius of campus. These are open to all community members upon request at either of our front desks.
