About this Event
The transformative potential of generative AI and large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT, CoPilot, and Bard is well-known, but these innovations also bring critical risks and legal challenges that deserve our attention. For instance, what are the implications of using generative AI considering growing concerns around data protection and intellectual property rights? What are the potential objections against using personal data for training AI models, who owns the data being generated by your Ring doorbell and what could your data mean for the development of smart (IoT) devices such as cars and fridges?
In this workshop, Sophie and Alette (KPMG Advisory | Techlaw & Privacy ) will facilitate an engaging discussion on these pressing issues, helping you understand the potential risks associated with generative AI, the legal frameworks surrounding data ownership, and strategies to maximize the value of your data while ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.
