Data for Equity Learning Collaborative 4

We look forward to seeing everyone for our final Data for Equity Learning Collaborative in-person at St. David’s Foundation Innovation Center.

We have three main objectives for our afternoon together:

1. Celebrate one another and deepen our connections as co-conspirators in the work
2. Capture the story and lessons learned over the past year to share with the sector (local and larger) about what equitable evaluation looks like in practice
3. Build on the momentum we have created by thinking about how groups can continue to connect and collaborate into 2023 and beyond

Logistics:

• We are planning for this event to be fully in-person but please reach out to the SDF Learning and Evaluation Team ([email protected]) if no one from your team is able to make it. Please also let us know if you will arrive late or need to depart early, we are happy to accommodate and understand that a full afternoon meeting during the busy holiday season is a lot to ask of you all.
• We welcome up to 3 representatives from each group, please have all attendees register via Eventbrite if they plan on joining.
• We are located at 1303 San Antonio St. Suite, 78701, and the meeting space is on the 6th floor.
• Free parking is available in the garage, the entrance is located off 13th Street. Please bring in your ticket to be validated by one of the meeting hosts.
• Snacks and beverages will be provided.

COVID Protocols:

We are looking forward to hosting you in our offices! The health and safety of our community, employees, and patients are of utmost importance to St. David's Foundation. Foundation employees and guests must be up to date with their COVID-19 vaccine and associated booster (if eligible) or provide proof of a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of your arrival. If you come across any problems completing the online screening, the meeting host will provide you with hard copies upon arrival. The wearing of masks is not required and is up to each individual.
