Hosted by Jonny Mills & Co, this online event is your chance to gain valuable insights and guidance for your career in data and tech. Join us for a casual and informative session designed for students and career-changers eager to kickstart their journey in these dynamic fields.

✨ First 20 Minutes: Intros + Generative AI Career Empowerment Skill Lightning Session
Jonny and his co-host will share their career journeys into tech, followed by an interactive demo led by Jonny on using generative AI to reframe your mindset and guide your career strategy.

💬 Remaining 40 Minutes: Career Q&A
Bring your data and tech career + job search questions and receive guidance from Jonny and his co-host. Be prepared to share your LinkedIn profile and/or resume when you ask your question!

Note: In the future, we may implement a signup process for individual or small-group slots within the office hours, but for our first few events we’ll stay together as one group to encourage learning from each other's Q&A.

----About the Hosts----
Jonny is a data engineer with experience at several Silicon Valley startups, having graduated from the College of William & Mary with a B.S. in Economics in 2017 and an MSc. in Business Analytics in 2018. Currently on a sabbatical in London, he explores how creative expression and generative AI can empower individuals in their careers and personal lives. He will be joined by an outstanding data scientist co-host who wishes to keep her identity private for now—she'll be revealed during the call!

While the hosts have extensive experience in data careers, they’ve also worked closely with professionals in various tech roles, from software engineers to product managers to AI and ML engineers. Feel free to bring any career questions, even those not specifically related to data roles!
