It is with great pleasure that we invite you to the second international SUP regatta and race daSkadar 2025, 27-28-29 June, which will be held on one of the most beautiful water spaces in the Balkans - Lake Skadar!Our event starts in Ponari on June 27 from 3 pm in our rowing accommodation, with a gathering of rowers and registration, where you will be handed rowing packages. During the evening, a welcome dinner and socializing with music will be organized.
This year, the recreational day will bring an even more exciting adventure on the water, and in addition to paddlers on SUP boards, kayakers will also have the opportunity to join.
This event is designed to celebrate the beauty of water and nature, and promote environmental protection and an active lifestyle through a unique combination of SUP boards, recreational paddling and water races
The spirit of nature lovers meets the beauty of nature at our SUP regatta on Lake Skadar. Experience an unforgettable crossing of Lake Skadar on a SUP board! This event is an opportunity for all enthusiasts to show their endurance and rowing skills while facing the challenge of crossing the lakes, rivers and canals located in the Skadar Lake National Park. Don't worry about the mileage because the descent will take all day. The guides are experienced rowers and we will have the support of the national park boats and the rescue team. There will be plenty of breaks, swimming, laughter and music. Join as a recreational rower and show off your rowing skills or support the participants from the shore. During this 'SUP REGATTA' we will start from Rijeka Crnojevića and the historical place of the same name and we will pass under the old stone bridges from the time of the Ottoman Empire, passing by famous viewpoints, we will visit the islands. We will see the Orthodox monastery where Petar II Petrović Njegoš, a ruler from the Petrović dynasty, became a monk. We will also pass through the canals and row past endless meadows of water lilies before arriving at our final destination in Žabljak Crnojevića, also a historical place with a fortress. Once you get to know Skadar Lake, you will always be happy to return to it because it is extremely picturesque. The largest lake in the Balkans, surrounded by mountains and hills, rich in flora and fauna and the largest bird reserve. It is surrounded by meadows where herds of wild horses graze.
Course and route
The regatta will start from the picturesque Rijeka Crnojevića, in the very heart of the Cetinje municipality. Participants will row the entire length of this beautiful river, passing through its winding course to Prevlaka, after which it continues towards Karuč, known for its authentic fishermen's houses and rich history.
From Karuč, the route leads through the Karučki Kanal, a beautiful and secluded part of Lake Skadar, all the way to Dodoš, another pearl of this region. Then the rowing continues towards Žabljak Crnojevića, the former capital of Montenegro, dominated by a medieval fortress that has withstood the test of time and reminds of the rich history of this area. The finish line of the regatta is in the municipality of Zeta, in the beautiful Ponari, another authentic place on Lake Skadar.
Skadar Lake is the largest bird sanctuary in the Balkans and home to numerous rare and protected species, including the pelican – its most famous inhabitant. As you paddle through these pristine landscapes, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the sights of unique flora and fauna, traditional fishing villages, hidden backwaters and breathtaking landscapes.

Daskadar – Sports Day 29.06.
We invite all paddling enthusiasts to the exciting Sports Day of SUP races as part of the Daskadar event, which will be held in the beautiful surroundings of the Plavnica tourist complex on Skadar Lake.
The competition is open to all participants who own hardboards, PRO RACE-hardboards and RACE-inflatables, inflatable boards, and applications are possible for the following races:
🏁 Sprint 100m – a test of speed and explosiveness over a short distance.
🏁 100+100 – a combination of strength and endurance in a double sprint.
🏁 Technical 2km/Technical 4km – a race that tests the technique, endurance and tactical abilities of the rowers.
The competitions will take place in male and female competitions, and the best will be awarded with awards.
We are is open to anyone that owns their own SUP equipment or that will rent from our SUP school
Come compete, socialize and enjoy the sports spirit and unique atmosphere of Skadar Lake together!
OTHER ENTERTAINMENT AND EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
In addition to the competitive events, other activities await you, from educational workshops on nature conservation to fun water games and a lottery with valuable prizes. Last year, the luckiest participant returned home with a new board. A rich entertainment program awaits you, including music, food and other activities for all ages.
WHO IS THE EVENT INTENDED FOR:
All SUP fans with their own equipment, regardless of their level of experience, are invited to join this unforgettable event. Also, we are not limited to SUP paddlers for a recreational day, all paddlers with their non-motorized vessels are welcome. Whether you are a professional paddler or just starting to explore these waters, "daSkadar"2025 is the opportunity for you!

Sa velikim zadovoljstvom Vas pozivamo na drugu međunarodnu SUP regatu i trku daSkadar 2025, 27-28-29 juna, koja će se održati na jednom od najlepših vodenih prostora na Balkanu - Skadarskom jezeru!
Naš događaj počinje u Ponarima 27.juna od 15h u našem veslačkom smještaju, skupom veslača i prijavom, gde će Vam biti uručeni veslački paketi. Tokom večeri biće organizvana Večera dobrodošlice i druženje uz muziku.
Ove godine rekreativni dan će donijeti još uzbudljiviju avanturu na vodi, a osim veslača na SUP daskama, priliku će imati i kajakaši.
Ova manifestacija je osmišljena da proslavi ljepotu vode i prirode, te promovira zaštitu okoliša i aktivan način života kroz jedinstvenu kombinaciju SUP dasaka, rekreativnog veslanja i trka na vodi.
Duh ljubitelja prirode susreće se sa lepotom prirode na našoj SUP regati na Skadarskom jezeru. Doživite nezaboravan prelazak Skadarskog jezera na SUP dasci! Ova manifestacija je prilika da svi entuzijasti pokažu svoju izdržljivost i veslačke vještine suočavajući se sa izazovom prelaska jezera, rijeka i kanala koji se nalaze u Nacionalnom parku Skadarsko jezero. Ne brinite o kilometraži jer će spuštanje trajati cijeli dan. Vodiči su iskusni veslači i imaćemo podršku čamaca nacionalnog parka i spasilačkog tima. Biće dosta pauza, plivanja, smeha i muzike. Pridružite se kao rekreativni veslač i pokažite svoje veslačke vještine ili podržite učesnike s obale. Tokom ove 'SUP REGATE' krenućemo iz Rijeke Crnojevića i istoimenog istorijskog mjesta i proći ćemo ispod starih kamenih mostova iz vremena Osmanskog carstva, prolazeći pored poznatih vidikovaca, obići ćemo ostrva. Videćemo pravoslavni manastir u kome se zamonašio Petar II Petrović Njegoš, vladar iz dinastije Petrović. Proći ćemo i kroz kanale i veslati pored beskrajnih livada lokvanja prije nego što stignemo na naše konačno odredište u Žabljak Crnojevića, također istorijsko mjesto sa tvrđavom. Jednom kada upoznate Skadarsko jezero, uvijek ćete mu se rado vraćati jer je izuzetno slikovito. Najveće jezero na Balkanu, okruženo planinama i brdima, bogato florom i faunom i najveći rezervat ptica. Okružen je livadama na kojima pasu krda divljih konja.
Kurs i ruta
Regata će krenuti iz živopisne Rijeke Crnojevića, u samom srcu cetinjske opštine. Učesnici će veslati cijelom dužinom ove prelijepe rijeke, prolazeći njenim krivudavim tokom do Prevlake, nakon čega nastavlja prema Karuču, poznatom po autentičnim ribarskim kućama i bogatoj istoriji.
Od Karuča ruta vodi kroz Karučki kanal, prelijepi i osamljeni dio Skadarskog jezera, sve do Dodoša, još jednog bisera ovog kraja. Potom se veslanje nastavlja prema Žabljaku Crnojevića, nekadašnjoj prijestonici Crne Gore, kojom dominira srednjovjekovna tvrđava koja je odoljela testu vremena i podsjeća na bogatu istoriju ovog kraja. Cilj regate je u opštini Zeta, u prelijepim Ponarima, još jednom autentičnom mjestu na Skadarskom jezeru.
Skadarsko jezero je najveće ptičje utočište na Balkanu i dom brojnih retkih i zaštićenih vrsta, među kojima je i pelikan – njegov najpoznatiji stanovnik. Dok veslate kroz ove netaknute krajolike, imaćete priliku da uživate u prizorima jedinstvene flore i faune, tradicionalnih ribarskih sela, skrivenih rukavaca i pejzaža koji oduzimaju dah.
Pridružite nam se i doživite nezaboravno iskustvo veslanja kroz netaknutu prirodu, istoriju i kulturu jednog od najljepših kutaka Balkana!
Daskadar – Dan sporta 29.06.
Pozivamo sve entuzijaste veslanja na uzbudljiv Sportski dan SUP trka u okviru manifestacije Daskadar, koji će se održati u prelijepom ambijentu turističkog kompleksa Plavnica na Skadarskom jezeru.
Konkurs je otvoren za sve učesnike koji poseduju tvrde daske, PRO RACE-hardboard i RACE-inflatable, daske na naduvavanje, a prijave su moguće za sledeće trke:
🏁 Sprint 100m – test brzine i eksplozivnosti na kratkoj udaljenosti.
🏁 100+100 – kombinacija snage i izdržljivosti u dvostrukom sprintu.
🏁 Tehnički 2km/Tehnički 4km – trka koja testira tehniku, izdržljivost i taktičke sposobnosti veslača.
Takmičenja će se odvijati u muškoj i ženskoj konkurenciji, a najbolji će biti nagrađeni.
Otvoreni smo za sve koji posjeduju vlastitu SUP opremu ili možete iznajmiti od naše SUP škole

Osim veslačkih događanja, očekuju vas i druge aktivnosti, od edukativnih radionica o očuvanju prirode do zabavnih igara u vodi i lutrije sa vrijednim nagradama. Prošle godine, najsretniji učesnik vratio se kući sa novom daskom. Očekuje vas bogat zabavni program koji uključuje muziku, hranu i druge aktivnosti za sve uzraste.
