Dash in the Dark Isle of Wight - 5k

On your marks, get slow, GLOW! Join Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance for a 5k night-time fun run at the Royal Isle of Wight County Showground on Saturday 4th October. Walk, jog or run and support Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance. Register today by visiting the Dash in the Dark website.

Length of walk: 5k

Walk Leader: Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance

Walk Cost: Adults £20 & Children £16 (aged 5-15 years). Register today by visiting the Dash in the Dark website.

What you get: Each participant will receive a free Dash in the Dark T-shirt to wear, a runner number and will collect a glow in the dark medal at the finish line!

Type of Walk: Circular

Pace of Walk: Gentle - This will be dependent on the walker's ability.

Walk grade: Easy - Mainly flat walking, on paths with good surfaces. No stiles, none or few steps. Distance up to 5k.

After Party: The fun doesn’t have to stop at the finish line! You and your friends and family can join in and celebrate your achievement at a Silent Disco. Tickets are £5 and that covers the cost to hire your headset.

Fundraising: Set up your fundraising page and ask your friends and family to sponsor you. We recommend setting your fundraising goal at £60. All money raised from this event will help Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance continue their life-saving work.
