Please join us for an evening of recognition, education, and socializing, as well as enjoying the Botanical Gardens at Chatfield Farm.

DAS Spring Banquet Agenda
• 6:00 pm: Event Start, Bar Opens
• 7:00 pm: Buffet Opens
• 7:30 pm: Induction of Officers
• 8:00 pm: Presentation of Awards
• 8:30 pm: Presentation of DAS Committees
• 9:00 pm: Bar Closes
An area will be set aside for telescopes and stargazing. Guests may bring a telescope for viewing before the buffet opens and after the formalities, if they so desire. Guests may also visit the grounds during these times. Telescope viewing continues until 11:00 p.m.

This year, the Spring Banquet is dedicated to formally inducting our new Officers and Trustees, presenting awards to those volunteers who have made significant contributions to DAS, highlighting our many programs, and recognizing those who have contributed in the past.
Our organization exists because dedicated members have contributed significant time and effort to our mission. Our future depends on the next generation of leadership. By recognizing those who are currently sustaining our mission, we hope to engage those who will take DAS into the future and ensure the society’s legacy.
