DARTZ (https://www.instagram.com/smokedartz) are the band from Wellington, New Zealand: a high-functioning entertainment machine delivering the most energetic live set of party punk bangers that any band across the motu has to offer. Having tackled every problem that 2021 threw at them with Conrad Smith-like precision, DARTZ are heading back out on the road in January 2022 with one mission in mind: to save summer, months before Six60 said they'd get round to the job in April.
Returning to the Whammy Bar in Tāmaki Makaurau for the first time in almost a year for a standing show under Orange traffic light settings with My Vaccine Pass needed for entry, the DARTZ boys will be supported by Wellington pals Sure Boy and local Auckland upstarts Cold Sweats.
Sure Boy (https://www.instagram.com/sureboyband) are a Pōneke-based pop-rock four piece with a fresh feminine grit. They’re ready to make you boogie to their catchy choruses and beautifully harmonised rants about the less finer things in life.
Cold Sweats (https://www.instagram.com/coldsweatsofficial) are a band of 5 mates from central Auckland that play loud and fast garage punk with a shouty frontman.
