For one unforgettable night Crafty Mussel welcomes Chef Darren Broom. Known for his elemental cooking style and mastery of open fire, Darren’s food celebrates the wild landscapes, farms and shores of the South West.
Together we will create a 5-course tasting menu where:
🔥 Fire meets sea with shellfish, fish and seasonal meats cooked by flame
