DJ Nanoos, whose real name is Nancy Bartekian, is a Palestinian-Armenian DJ and producer based in Chicago who blends genres from the Levant and North Africa with contemporary sounds. Her sets often include Arab pop, Caribbean music, Afro music, classics, and global genre blending. Nanoos's music also incorporates genres like hip hop, Afrobeats, Amapiano, dancehall, and house. She aims to create inclusive spaces where Arab and SWANA (SouthWest Asian & North African) people can feel safe and welcome while enjoying their music.
