Co-creators and founders of Lucky Cat Yoga, Eric and Erin Wheeler, brought two loves together to make for a very unique vinyasa yoga experience, Always breath centered, and focused on helping open or close your week feeling less stressed and a little bit stronger!
Our Dark Wave Yoga classes use fluid yoga movements that are inspired by the music of various artists chosen for the week. Class includes a blend of dynamic sequences like the sun salutations, balancing postures and other vibrant postures to strengthen the mind and body connection.
