With a rare double new moon in the month of December, it seemed like the perfect time to explore our "Dark Side". Join us for a special "Dark Side of the Moon" yoga class, where we'll focus on stress release, new beginnings, some lighthearted shadow work (digging into the stuff that we bury), and letting it all go, all to a sweet PF film/visualizer.
Please bring a mat if you have one, and some water. Please dress for comfort and movement. If you have any yoga props like blankets, blocks and/or straps, please bring them, too. Questions are always highly encouraged!
Our goal at Weird Flex Yoga is to have fun and feel empowered in our practice-whether this is your first class or your thousandth! Hope to see you there!
Tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred by the original purchaser to another student, for the same date.
