Dark of the Moon Sound Bath with Adrienne Smith, RMT
Monday, Feb 16th. 6-7pm.
Step into the stillness.
The Dark Moon is the final phase before the new lunar cycle begins—a sacred time when the sky is dark, inviting us to go inward, look to our inner light, and embrace the silence.
This immersive sound bath experience is designed to guide you into a state of deep meditation, allowing you to release, rest, and reset. As the moon hides its face, we will create a container of safety, allowing us to drop into the quiet, creative, and mystical void.
Let go as you dissolve into the healing tones of singing bowls, the chime of a singing crystal pyramid, and deep reverberation of gongs.
Yoga mats, pillows, bolsters and blankets will be provided. You may wish to bring an additional pillow or blanket for extra yummy comfort & support.

*This event will be held upstairs at the Peace of Mind Center in the Reiki/Sound Healing Room. Please arrive promptly to settle into the space. Event Doors will be closed at 6pm.

PLEASE NOTE: Recommendations in the area of sound therapy tell us that there are contraindications to be aware of. Persons with certain conditions and medical histories are advised to consult with their health care professional regarding attending a sound bath or having sound therapy sessions, due to the potential detox effect a sound session can create, and the effects that vibration has on the body.
*Pregnancy: during the first and third trimester. Besides a detox effect, deep sound can trigger contractions.
*Clients with implanted devices such as stents, shunts, pacemakers, pumps, or valves and those who have metal implants.
*Those with the following conditions and histories: seizures, a recent head injury/concussion (3 months), heart conditions, a history of blood clots, unmanaged mental health issues such as PTSD or personality disorder, post-operative patients and those with severe debilitation and cancer.
