2024 has taken us on a wild ride, and as we walk into 2025, it promises to be a colorful adventure!
But let’s face it—chaos and uncertainty have crashed our party for years now and seem to be motivated to stay. Many of us are trudging through the dark night of the soul, having thought spiritual growth would be magical and electric. It is! But it also feels like waking up groggy and bleary eyed, stubbing the same toe on the same table, and getting irrationally mad at yourself for doing it AGAIN, only to swear we will try harder to avoid tomorrow.
So, consider this your support group, where we can lean on each other and share some awkward laughs and maybe some pained tears. We’ll explore topics like connection, wounds in your energy, healing from narcissists, confronting any narcissism within ourselves, integrating our own shadow and finding ways to love parts of it, surviving various forms of abuse, and dealing with the sudden disappearance of friends as we grow—because growth often comes with a healthy side-dish of loneliness.
We will defang heavy topics and learn/discuss methods of self-soothing, self-parenting, and progressive thought form shifts that can help lighten the load; not instantaneously, but over time and with real effect.
Every other week, we’ll engage in spirit-guided conversations to bring forth insights that help us navigate this dense but beautiful existence. It can be a lonely, chaotic, confusing and challenging road, so let’s be, lonely, chaotic, confused and challenged….. together 💜
Bring paper and something to write with.
We write things down. We organize our feelings outside of our body. We process. We transmute. We move through it and passed it, forward toward a horizon that never fails it’s promise to bring dawn. We will do it together and more importantly, we got this!
