Dark Moon Meditation

The Dark Moon invites us into stillness, a sacred pause to settle, turn inward and plant seeds in the soil of the soul. In that fertile darkness, a space of restful nourishment, new beginnings can quietly form.

The moon's darkest phase, the new moon, has long been honoured across ancient spiritual traditions as a potent window for new beginnings and manifesting our heart's deepest desires. Each dark moon carries the unique energy of its zodiac sign, offering specific themes of astrological wisdom to guide our intentions.

This lunar cycle calls us to ask:

What do you deeply desire? What do you wish to call forth?

Through a manifestation ritual in sacred circle, we invoke what we seek and commit it to the page, then release it to the universe so it may blossom in divine timing.

We flow through empowering rhythms of breath and gentle movement, then surrender into vision questing and invocation, coalescing all in the stillness of meditation, and finally surrendering to the sweet, soulful vibrations of a sound healing — activating the seeds we've planted.

Our journey will include:

• Manifestation Journalling Ritual: In sacred circle, we write our intentions and desires, anchoring them into form before releasing them to the universe.
• Activating & Grounding Breathwork: Release blockages, open the channels and anchor yourself into presence.
• Vision Questing & Invocation: A guided inner journey to connect with your deepest knowing and call forth what your soul is ready to birth.
• Stillness Meditation: A deep, restorative seated or supine meditation guiding you into clarity and connection — both within yourself and with the circle.
• Sound Healing: Surrender into soothing vibrations of healing instruments and vocals, allowing your whole being to soften as your seeds take root.

This evening is an invitation to unwind, feel supported, and nurture your inner radiance in the comforting embrace of nature. It’s a by-donation event. Your donations are warmly welcomed. Come as you are and leave feeling rejuvenated, connected and at peace.
