The Dark Goddess Retreat is for women who feel disconnected from their bodies and are curious about exploring myth, embodiment, and self-trust in a grounded, supportive setting.Held over three days at Valaterra Retreat Center, this trauma-informed retreat weaves together guided discussion, gentle somatic awareness, creative reflection, and community connection. The focus throughout the weekend is on learning to listen to the body rather than override it.
Many of us were never taught how to relate to discomfort, emotion, or intuition without suppressing or pushing through. Over time, this disconnection can shape how we move through the world.
