Through gentle, intuitive movement and breath, this practice supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and embodied presence — helping you reclaim safety, power, and trust within yourself.

The day will close with a deeply restorative sound bath journey, accompanied by Reiki energy work offered by Shay. As sound waves wash over you, Reiki will support energetic clearing, grounding, and integration — allowing your intentions and inner shifts to anchor fully into your body and spirit.
