Through guided meditation, breathwork, and subtle movement, we will navigate the liminal spaces between consciousness and the unconscious. As you surrender to the enveloping tones of live dark ambient electronic music, you may encounter visceral emotions, vivid visions, or primal impulses.
This is a sacred space to honor and express your primal self, acknowledging the balance between light and shadow. Prepare to traverse the inner labyrinth, where healing emerges not from avoidance, but from the courageous embrace of the unknown.
