Throughout your stay, you'll be welcomed to our table, having all of your meals provided, with four excellent family-style meals. Enjoy a selection of curated snacks and indulge in our signature handmade treats, fresh pressed juices & cocktails.
You'll have an opportunity to tell your story in the protective "Koru" Style sharing circle. A time to be seen, heard and compassionately witnessed. We invite you to come together with women from different seasons, spaces and expressions of womanhood to discover more of who we are together.
Be transformed by two guided breathwork & movement sessions with special guest Sofia Forman (holistic psychotherapist & somatic movement facilitator). Spend time exploring beauty, be guided in embodiment, self-expression, deep rest and mindfulness, while listening to your needs & desires.
Immerse yourself in relaxation as you soak in the jacuzzi hot tub, embrace the soothing heat of the outdoor wood-burning sauna, reinvigorate with a cold plunge or gather around the fire pit under the starlit sky.
You will leave with a sense of community, feeling more connected to your voice, body and heart. You will learn body based tools that will support you on your journey. You will be tended to and fed.
