About this Event
(Draft) Join the curators of Dare to Design: Singapore Architecture 1960s–2000s as they shed light on the buildings selected for the exhibition and interesting stories about their design.
You will also have a chance to see up close materials from the National Library and National Archives of Singapore used in the exhibition.
(Draft) Dare to Design highlights a selection of iconic buildings that pushed the envelope of architecture in Singapore from the 1960s to the 2000s.
Books, building plans, photographs, and more will be displayed in an exhibition at the National Library Lobby and a family-friendly display at selected Public Libraries.
About the Speakers
Hannah Yeo is a librarian, and was a curator with the National Library, Singapore, and curated “Dare to Design: Singapore Architecture 1960s–2000s”
Alex Foo works in the National Library Board’s Partnership Department and was formerly a literary arts librarian.
