DARE TO CONNECT - 5Rhythms workshop waves levelWhen I become more intimate and in love with my own spontaneity, vibrancy and vulnerability, I start to build a bridge for sharing and connecting. I create the path towards surrendering to the mystery of relationship and the power of connection with another person. I find my place in a group and contribute with the whole of my being. I experience belonging whilst staying true to myself and seeing what unfolds. I can rest in something bigger than me and be at peace.
Through embodied exploration, we’ll navigate the hesitations that keep us from connection, transforming them into stepping stones that support openness and presence. Whether you're seeking to meet yourself in new ways, longing for a sense of community, or yearning to reconnect with your creative flow, this workshop offers a safe and inspiring space to move, feel, and connect—just as you are.
This is a unique opportunity to experience the medicine of 5 different teachers and step into the dance of daring to connect, within oneself, with others, and with the larger web of life.
