An inspirational afternoon for girls and their caregiver with workshops teaching yoga, sound healing, vision board making, positive self-talk, and healthy eating with a "make your own yogurt parfait" bar.

This empowering afternoon will be led by...
Monika Diebes has been practicing yoga for over a decade. Her passion for this ancient tradition and healing system has lead her down a path of endless discovery and study. Monika makes use of the entire yoga toolbox utilizing postures, breathwork, mudras, mantras and meditation while incorporating many traditional styles of yoga. Monika’s hope is to spark the love of yoga in each of her students and create a community that is accessible and inclusive for everyone. Monika is an RYT 500, E-RYT 200, YACEP, and Sound Healing Facilitator.
Angela Rose has an inspiring message of hope that has reached millions through appearances on TODAY, Good Morning America, and the BBC. She has delivered powerful talks at world-renowned institutions such as the University of Oxford and has provided trauma-informed training for military bases, federal law enforcement, and corporations to foster respectful and healthy workplace cultures. Rooted in her spiritual faith and surrounded by the love of her family and friends, Angela finds joy in life’s simple pleasures.
