JW Marriott Pune brings back a celebrated culinary legacy with the return of Darbar-e-Mughlai by Karim’s of Old Delhi, as the legendary culinary legend returns to Spice Kitchen. Running from 16th to 26th January 2026, this culinary festival invites guests to experience the timeless flavours of authentic Mughlai cuisine, straight from the imperial kitchens of Old Delhi.
The spotlight remains firmly on Karim’s most famous delicacies including the slow-cooked, aromatic Mutton Nihari, succulent Mutton Seekh Kebabs, freshly baked Sheermal, and the much-loved Karim Roll. These classics will be featured as part of a specially curated buffet dinner and brunch experience, complemented by an à la carte beverage menu designed to elevate the feast.
Darbar-e-Mughlai by Karim’s of Old Delhi promises a regal celebration of flavour, heritage, and craftsmanship—bringing one of India’s most iconic food legacies to the heart of Bengaluru once again.
Hosted at Spice Kitchen, the festival will be available daily from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, offering diners an immersive journey into Old Delhi’s rich culinary traditions within the refined setting of JW Marriott Pune.
