Every October, DAR members across the country celebrate the anniversary of the founding of our organization by participating in the National DAR Day of Service. This year, the Carrollton Manor Chapter will join the Walk to End Alzheimer's in Frederick, MD, on October 12th! This Walk, one of more than 600 in communities nationwide, is part of the largest event to raise funds and awareness for the care, support, and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
