DMAC Fundraiser!!! Fall fun!!!! 🤗☀️📣
📣📣Fall is on it's way and DAPC is hosting our very first Adult Field Day!! Team registration is NOW OPEN! Calling all local businesses, performance groups, and friends to build teams of 3-5 people to participate in our field day games. All teams must have 5 members and must be 21+ to participate!
Teams will go head-to-head with each other tournament style, competing in traditional field day relay races and other fun outdoor competitions. Team check-in will start at 2:30pm. Games will start around 4pm and our award ceremony will be around 8pm. This is all happening during Anderson's mini Octoberfest!
Teams are encouraged to dress up and compete in our Octoberfest costume contest held immediately after our awards ceremony! Winner of our costume contest will receive a $25 Anderson's gift card!
We’ve hired a live DJ to supply us with all your favorite feel-good tunes! Live commentators to keep you hyped! Referees, score keeper, and medics on site! Plenty of room for spectators! Water stations will be available in several locations around the yard at Anderson’s Distillery to keep you hydrated. 🙌🫶
🎖️Each team member of the winning team will receive a loaded tote bag filled with tons of donated local merchandise and gift cards. Value to be determined.🎖️
Team registration is $50, non-refundable, and will be due within 48 hours of team acceptance. Team Captains will receive an email with detailed event info and a square invoice requesting the registration fee. This is a fundraising event for DMAC. 60% of registration fees will be donated to DMAC. The other portion will be used to fund this event. @dmacdenton
Free entry for spectators! Family friendly! All ages are welcome, but children must be accompanied by an adult, as Anderson’s is a full-service bar. Anderson’s Distillery will be open and serving food and drinks during our event! 🤗🌻☀️
