Join Pastry Chef, Gina Guth of the Flour Pot as she shares her recipe for Danish KringleKringle is a Scandinavian pastry that is made by hand with layers of Danish pastry dough in order to create a flaky crust. Traditionally, Kringle can be formed into an oval or a rectangle.
This class features a technique for making layers of pastry dough that is then filled with a variety of fruit, nut and/or candy flavors. Class participants will make and take home their own Kringle and the recipes.
Individual baking stations provide appropriate social distancing to keep students safe. When you arrive your station will be all set up for you so that all you need do is show up and have fun! The cost is $35 and participants will take home one 10” Kringle.
