𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿'𝘀 𝗔𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁Saturday 28th December 2024 to Wednesday 1st January 2025.
We are happy to invite you for this five day high quality acroyoga training. Central elements in the retreat are: new friendships, fun, music, yoga, acrobatics, great food and lovely surroundings.

𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹
The New Year's Retreat is a smaller group than our Summer Festival, therefore the level needs to be more uniform, hence the retreat is only aimed at intermediate and advanced practitioners. If you are fairly new to acroyoga, then check out our Summer festival instead (@NordicAcroyogaFestival)!
The prerequisites for attending this retreat are:
- Having attended at least 15-30 classes before.
- Fly and/or base corkscrew
- 30 second handstand against a wall.
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
The retreat takes place in the beautiful cabin Ingeborg with a stunning view over Roskilde Fjord. Easily reachable with public transport, which we will help coordinate.

Iris is the lead organiser of this retreat and will ensure it’s an unforgettable experience for you. Alongside her is a team of skilled instructors and an incredible chef. Together, we’re excited to share this holiday with all of you!

- Focus on HOW we practice no matter WHAT we practice, including respectful communication.

- We prioritise friendship building activities.
- Progressive teaching with safe progressions for everyone.
- We emphasise good technique and not rushing to complete a trick. Instead making sure we avoid injuries and ensure having fun!
