Danimal Live – The west coast premiere screening of “Danimal” a short film written by and starring Danny Groh, directed by Matt Strickland (Comedy Central). The night will also feature performances from Carmen Christopher (The Bear), Selfish Green Men - Andrew Tisher (Comedy Central) & Danny Groh, along with many other special guests, and a legendary Q&A to close it out.
Danimal, is a mumblecore original comedy that follows a YouTube star’s demise as his love for animals takes over.

Danny Groh is a Brooklyn, NY based actor, comedian, writer, and filmmaker who's currently touring the country screening "Danimal" a short film he helmed as writer, producer, and star. He can be seen in season 3 of “Joe Pera Talks With You” were he plays Gym Teacher Tommy, and appeared in the short film To The Moon, and feature film Party Time Party Time. Danny has also been featured on Late Night with Seth Meyers, Comedy Central, The Chris Gerhard Show, HBO Max, Adult Swim, IFC, The Onion News Network, and various national commercials. He got his start in Chicago where he preformed and trained at iO (Improv Olympic), The Second City, and Annoyance Theatre. Before all of that he was the cellphone king of Wisconsin.
Andrew Tisher is an actor, improviser, and writer based in Los Angeles. He performed in Chicago at the Annoyance, Upstairs Gallery, and iO. In New York he produced and performed with the Holy Fuck Comedy Hour at the Annoyance Theatre. He was the head writer for the Sketch Frogs series on IFC Comedy Crib and has appeared on Late Night With Seth Meyers, the Tonight Show Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, The Chris Gethard Show, and Sunset Peak for Comedy Central.
Carmen Christopher is an LA based comedian, actor, and writer, who currently is a recurring character on the FX show, THE BEAR, and writes and acts on KILLING IT for Peacock. He can be seen in his original special CARMEN CHRISTOPHER: STREET SPECIAL, airing now on Peacock. He can also be seen on JOE PERA TALKS WITH YOU (Adult Swim),SEARCH PARTY (HBO MAX), HIGH MAINTENANCE (HBO) and in the Netflix feature OTHERHOOD opposite Angela Bassett. He previously wrote on A24/Showtime’s upcoming series THE CURSE, created by The Safdie Brothers and Nathan Fielder and to star Nathan Fielder and Emma Stone. Carmen wrote and appeared on THE CHRIS GETHARD SHOW for truTV and he created and starred in digital content for IFC, ComedyCentral, and Super Deluxe. In 2017, he was named one of Comedy Central’s "Comics to Watch” and he started at Chicago's famed IMPROV OLYMPIC, SECOND CITY, and ANNOYANCE THEATER. While living in New York The New York Times said he was, "A stand out in New York's weird comedy scene..."
