The first and third Sunday of every month, we share free fresh fruits and veggies, no questions asked, at Daniels Park in Willoughby. If you want to choose your items, join the folks lined up (6 feet apart) to pick produce options from our tables. If you're okay with us choosing for you, and prefer to wait in the car, please arrive during the second half of the share (3:30-4) and flag down one of our volunteers to bring a box to your car. **PLEASE NOTE: when there happens to be a fifth Sunday of the month, there will be NO FOOD SHARE. We will spend the day doing administrative tasks.**
No ID, proof of income, residence, citizenship, sobriety, etc. required. Our poor and working class organizers share food through mutual aid, because we believe food is a human right, and poverty is a form of violence. We want to see a shift away from endless war, and toward meeting people's basic needs. Join us!
