Ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes to create the wines you love?🍇🍷 Join us for an exclusive Vintage 2025 experience, hosted by Elena Brooks, Owner and Winemaker at Dandelion Vineyards.
Step inside our working winery during the most exciting time of the year—vintage—and witness the journey from grape to glass. From the arrival of fruit to pressing, fermenting, and blending, you’ll gain an insider’s knowledge of the intricate craft behind our wines. You’ll also have the rare opportunity to get your hands dirty and to taste the wine in its earliest stages (the ferment) while asking any questions that you’ve had about winemaking and grape growing practices.
If there is time, Elena will walk you through the vineyard at Firehawk Farm, where our vines thrive on ancient soils, shaping the character of every bottle.
To complete the experience, settle into our award-winning Wonder Room and take in the breathtaking views as you enjoy a three-course lunch perfectly paired with five of the wines you will see in the winery compared to recently bottled vintages.
To keep this event as intimate as possible, there are only 12 tickets available.

🍷Time: Arrive at 10.30am for a welcome drink. Bus departure to our winery at 11am.
🍷Location: Departure from Dandelion Vineyards’ Wonder Room, 191 Chaffeys Road, McLaren Vale.
🍷Price: $200 per person
🍷Ticket includes: Vintage Experience, bus transfer to winery from the Wonder Room and back, 3-course lunch with 5 wine pairings and great conversation!
Please note:
• The experience will be around 4.5 hours, with lunch commencing at 1pm and the experience concluding at 3pm.
• Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe flat footwear, as you can expect to get your hands dirty in the winery!
