In this Samhain season when the veil between us and the dead is said to be at its thinnest, I invite you to join us to dance honour and connect with the love, guidance and support of our wise and well ancestors on Sunday November 3rd from 11am-1:30pmWe all have wise and well ancestors and in general they are waiting for us to turn toward them, acknowledge them and consciously engage with all they have to offer. Being in reciprocity with our wise and well ones opens the way for more healing, a deeper sense of belonging and more context for our lives and family
Samhain was traditionally the time for honouring the dead and by the old calendar it was also the beginning of the new year.
We will use the maps of Movement Medicine and the Ancestral Lineage Healing process to guide us. There is no need for previous experience of dance or ancestral work. Come as you are for embodied connection, dance, and simple community, earth and ancestral honouring ritual together. I look forward to seeing you there.
These are very intense times for many of us personally and globally. Taking time to feel our bodies and give space and movement for our bodies hearts and minds are ways of sustaining and resourcing ourselves. Tuning in to these changes and rhythms of the year by sharing in simple, safe community ritual together, helps us to remember our true nature and in the sacred journey of our lives.
We will dance and enquire together, honouring our own rhythms in a way that supports us in moving back into day to day life – more connected to ourselves and our intentions, more focused, replenished and resourced.
The suggested donation is €25. Pre booking is recommended as we have a limited number of places.
