Let's welcome the summer and dance with and toward Joy.
Here is about joy:
Joy is an essential spiritual practice growing out of faith, grace, gratitude, hope, and love. It is the pure and simple delight in being alive. Joy is our elated response to feelings of happiness, experiences of pleasure, and awareness of abundance. (from Spirituality & Practice)
What is joy for you? Where does it manifest in your life, in your day-to-day activities? The Dances allow us to experience with our hearts, to feel and to understand through our hearts. May there be joy in our heart and in the hearts of all.

If you have a poem, song, meditation, chant etc. that you would like to share with us, please share it with us at the circle.
Bring something to sit on for meditation or to rest.
Saturday, June 29, 1:30 - 3:30 pm at High Park
Our regular summer circle spot is in High Park in front of the Nature Centre.
Here is how you find us: subway to High Park station, exit to High Park Ave and walk across Bloor street to the main entrance to High Park. Stay on the left side of the main path / road and after about 300 m, you will come to two large boulders. We will create the circle between these boulders and the Nature Centre.
The weather will be gorgeous, but there is a gazebo behind the Nature Centre where we could create the circle in case of rain - so we will gather in any weather.
If you drive, please know that the park is off limits to cars.
