In questi incontri condividerò la mia esperienza e la mia esplorazione di oltre 20 anni nel mondo della danza, del movimento, dell'improvvisazione e della contact improvisation.
Alcuni temi che ci guideranno includono:
Muoversi con efficienza e facilità, Gravità e connessione con la terra, Stati di presenza, Ascolto profondo dentro di noi e fuori, Interpretare e usare lo spazio, Tempo e tempismo, Libertà di scelta nel movimento, Gestire e condividere il peso, Danzare e guardare la danza, Gioco, creatività e autenticità, E altro ancora
PROGRAMMA
7 incontri mensili di 3 ore ciascuno il sabato pomeriggio nelle seguenti date:

La domenica mattina, nel fine settimana di ogni incontro, si terrà un UNDERSCORE aperto nello stesso spazio.
Per chi proviene da fuori Genova e desidera soggiornare per l'intero fine settimana, cercheremo di aiutare a trovare un alloggio per la notte tra sabato e domenica.

Per chi non può partecipare all'intero percorso, è possibile partecipare a un singolo incontro al costo di 30€.

SU DI ME
Lior Ophir (Israele/Italia) sono un danzatore, improvvisatore, artista performativo, musicista, insegnate certificato Feldenkrais, terapista Shiatsu, ingegnere, insegnante e studente.
Nato nel 1971. Dopo anni di lavoro nel campo dell'ingegneria, ho incontrato la danza che mi ha cambiato la vita.
Dalla fine degli anni '90 pratico ed esploro varie forme di movimento, danza, corpo/mente e consapevolezza, tra cui: improvvisazione, contact improvisation, butoh, danza contemporanea, Feldenkrais, yoga, meditazione Vipassana, Tai-Qi, Qi-Kong. La mia danza e il mio insegnamento sono influenzati da queste discipline. Co-fondatore dell'Associazione Israeliana CI, co-organizzatore del CI festival Israele e fondatore di diversi altri festival e ensemble. Insegno a livello internazionale, in Europa, America e Asia, da oltre 20 anni.

THE WORK
“Time, Space, Gravity, open up to Creativity” Steve Paxton
In these meetings I will share my interest, experience and exploration of over 20 years in the world of dance, movement, improvisation and contact improvisation.
Some topics that will guide us include:
moving with efficiency and ease, gravity and connecting to the ground, states of presence, deep listening inside us and outside, interpreting and using space, time and timing, freedom of choice in movement, managing and sharing weight, dancing and watching dance, playfulness, creativity and authenticity, and more

7 monthly meeting of 3 hours each on Saturday afternoon in the following dates:

On Sunday morning, in the weekend of each meeting, there will be an open UNDERSCORE in the same space
For people coming from outside of Genova who wish to stay for the entire weekend we will try to help with finding accommodation for the night between Saturday and Sunday.

150€ for all 7 meetings
200€ for all 7 meetings + 7 underscores
For insurance reasons the member card of “stream ballet” association is required for an additional cost of 10€.
DEPOSIT: 50€ non refundable upon registration.
For those who cannot join for the full journey, there is a possibility to join a single meeting at the cost of 30€.

ABOUT ME
Lior Ophir (Israel/Italy) is a Dancer, Improviser, Performance Artist, Musician, certified Feldenkrais practitioner, certified Shiatsu therapist, Engineer, Teacher, Student. Born 1971. After years of working in the field of engineering, I met with the dance that changed my life.
Since the late 90’s I practice and explore various forms of movement, dance, body/mind and awareness, including: Improvisation, Contact Improvisation, Butoh, Contemporary Dance, Feldenkrais, Yoga, Vipassana Meditation, Tai-Qi, Qi-Kong. My dance and teaching are influenced by these disciplines. Co-founder of the Israeli CI Association, co-organizer of the Israeli CI festival, and founder of several other festivals and ensembles. Teaching internationally, throughout Europe, America and Asia, for over 20 years.
